A winter stay with your own routine
A temporary monthly stay is for spending a season here without moving your whole life. The apartment is planned for handover in December 2026; enquiry dates and a personal agreement take priority over any assumed availability.

Comfort in January is more than a sunny photograph
Ask how the apartment is heated, which rooms the system serves and how electricity is charged. Discuss bedding, indoor seating and laundry arrangements for the length of time you want to stay.
For working remotely, ask for the actual internet setup and measured speed once the connection is installed. If calls are essential, explain that requirement before booking. Shared pool heating and winter operation are not promised amenities.
One month or three? Plan the dates first
A shorter winter stay can be easier to fit around commitments at home. A longer one gives you more time to settle into a routine, but makes storage, cleaning, transport and utility terms more important.
Get a quote for the whole period rather than multiplying a headline monthly amount. Ask how partial months and any date changes are handled. Avoid committing to non-refundable travel until your accommodation arrangements are confirmed.
Choose a base for ordinary days
Compare an inland town base with the part of the coast you would use most often. Think about grocery shopping, dinner, getting to golf and how often you want a beach walk.
From San Miguel, coastal outings need a transport plan. A car may be useful, but check the total hire cost for your duration and the apartment's parking access. For a transfer-based stay, price the repeated journeys as well as the airport pickup.

Ask for the current written inclusions for your dates. We do not treat an unconfirmed utility allowance, internet speed or estimated electricity bill as a guaranteed part of the offer.
Can we rent for one, two or three months?
You can enquire about these durations. The owner confirms whether the dates, length of stay and proposed terms are available and suitable; submitting an enquiry does not reserve the apartment.
Is the pool heated in winter?
A heated winter pool is not advertised. Ask about the communal pool's opening dates and rules if using it is important to your stay.
